Filing a copyright infringement notice

3. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., for any judicial district where Red Chair Real Estate may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the original complaining party.

Repeat infringers

Red Chair Real Estate may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of copyright.

False claims

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability.
