Andrea helped us find an off-market opportunity that was EXACTLY what we were looking for. We are very picky clients and had very specific needs for our home. After firing half the realtors in central Oregon, I have finally found the A team. I highly recommend Andrea and Megan. Their professionalism, market understanding, and communication skills have impressed me. No disappointments.
I've purchased two homes with Andrea: one in Sunriver, and one in Caldera Springs. I recommend her incredibly highly — she has a great grasp of the market, is able to identify the best opportunities, and always acts in her client's best interest.
I will start by saying that I think most real estate agents are a waste of space and will be made obsolete very quickly — only the good ones will be left in the profession. Andrea and her team are one of the good ones. They know the market and can/will help you make good decisions for a primary residence or investment property. Her level of service and responsiveness puts others to shame. My wife and I have used her for in excess of $3M in real estate deals and would not hesitate to use her again.
We worked on a project with Andrea a few years back and she was just wonderful to deal with. That sale did not go through (through no fault of Andrea's). When we were ready to sell our home in Sunriver, Andrea was the only real estate person we considered. She gave us excellent advice and took care of every detail.
